After the image transfer takes place in the field the Stand Count report processing should occur in minutes!
If you see your stand count data is taking longer to process here are a few things you can check:
1. Check the upload status in the UPLOAD tab. Troubleshooting steps here!
2. If you do not see a pending upload check your email for any failure notices.
3. Double-check that your WiFi or cellular connection is strong and stable
4. Refresh your app (log out, then log back in) and check the EXPLORE tab on your project
5. Log into your account on the Web to see if the report has populated
6. If all the above steps have been completed and you still do not have access to your Report, please reach out to Support@dronedeploy.com
