How long does it typically take for a Stand Count report to process in the Flight App after the images have been captured?
The Answer
The processing time for Stand Count reports depends on the size of the flight and the total number of images captured. On average, you can expect the following:
Average Processing Time: Most Stand Count reports finish processing within 10 to 20 minutes.
Larger Missions: For larger fields or missions with a high number of capture points, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
Processing Requirements: The Flight App processes this data locally on your mobile device. Processing begins as soon as the images are transferred from the drone to the app. For the fastest results, ensure the Flight App remains open, and the device has a sufficient internet connection to complete the sync.
Troubleshooting

- If you do not see a pending upload, check your email for any failure notices.
- Double-check that your Wi-Fi or cellular connection is strong and stable
- Refresh your app (log out, then log back in) and check the EXPLORE tab on your project
- Log in to your account on the Web App (internet browser) to see if the report has populated
