FAQs
Q: If I share a folder with someone, can they edit my data?
A: Yes. All folder editors can edit items within folders, add or remove items, and rename or delete the folder itself.
Q: Can a shared user delete my data?
A: Editors can delete a folder if it is empty, but they cannot delete your project data. Only the original creator can permanently delete a map or flight plan.
Limitations
Moving items into or out of folders can impact user access if the folder permissions do not match the individual project permissions.
Folders must be empty before an editor can delete them.
