DroneDeploy offers On-Demand Custom Models to provide Enterprise customers with tailored machine learning solutions. This feature allows your team to request specific object detection or automated analysis models that fit your unique job site requirements, such as counting specific equipment or identifying site-specific safety hazards.

This feature is available for Enterprise DroneDeploy subscriptions.
Custom model requests must be coordinated through your Customer Success Manager.

How to Request a Custom Model
To begin the process of creating a custom machine learning model for your organization, follow these steps:
Identify your use case. Determine the specific objects or data points you need the model to identify.
Contact your Customer Success Manager. Your CSM will provide the necessary intake forms and discuss the feasibility of your request.
Provide training data. You must provide a set of high-quality, annotated images to help "train" the model.
Review and Test. Once the initial model is built, navigate to the Settings tab in your project to view the beta output and provide feedback.
