What cameras/payloads are supported for M350 flights with DroneDeploy?
DroneDeploy only supports the P1, H20, and H20T payloads.
How do I install the DroneDeploy app on the DJI RC Pro Enterprise or DJI RC Plus controller?
1. On your DJI RC Pro Enterprise or DJI RC Plus controller, type in this link in the RC's web browser: dronedeploy.com/m3e
2. Tap the link 'Download 5.XX.0' to download the DroneDeploy Flight app
3. Tap 'Download'
4. Wait for the app to complete the download
5. Tap 'Open'
6. Tap 'Install'
7. Tap 'Open'
8. Accept the DroneDeploy Flight app permissions
9. Log in to your DroneDeploy account.
How do I update my DroneDeploy app?
As long as your RC is connected to the internet when an update is available, you’ll see an in-app message “Update Available” with the option to update now. If you don’t see this message and your app is out-of-date, you can download the latest version on dronedeploy.com/m3e.
Why are you no longer releasing updates to the Amazon App Store?
We are no longer releasing updates to the Amazon App Store. We can now host and update the DroneDeploy Flight app, meaning we don’t need a third-party app distribution service.
Does DroneDeploy support RTK capture?

What plans will work for the M350?
All DroneDeploy plans except Stand Count and video missions are currently supported.

I'm getting a 'Drone Avionic Sensor Error,' what does that mean?
This occurs when the drone's avionics system needs to be restarted. A drone restart should solve the error. If you continue seeing this, please check the DJI Pilot 2 app.
I received a Camera Focus Failed error. Why?
Open DJI Pilot 2 and ensure your focus mode is "Auto." Force-close DJI and reopen DroneDeploy to proceed.
The Zenmuse P1 camera has three supported lenses. Are all three supported?
Yes, DroneDeploy supports capture with all three of the P1's lenses.
Can I use DroneDeploy with the M300 and the RC Plus controller?
DroneDeploy also supports the M300 + P1 camera with the RC Plus controller. If you haven't upgraded your controller, DroneDeploy supports the M300 with the legacy DJI M300 Enterprise Smart Controller with the H20 series; see this article for more info.
