Q: How do I update my DroneDeploy app?
A: When an update is available and your RC is connected to the internet, you will see an "Update Available" message within the app with the option to update immediately. If you do not see this message and your app is out of date, you can download the latest version from dronedeploy.com/flightapp

Q: Why are you no longer releasing updates to the Amazon App Store?
A: DroneDeploy can now host and update the DroneDeploy Flight app directly. This means a third-party app distribution service is no longer necessary.

Q: Does DroneDeploy support RTK capture?
A: Yes, DroneDeploy supports instant RTK flight to capture accurate maps within the sub-inch range.

Q: What flight plans will work for the M350?

Q: Are flight logs stored?
A: Yes, DroneDeploy records and saves flight logs from M350 flights.

Q: Does the M350 support Live Map?
A: Yes, Live Map is supported.

Q: I received a 'Camera Focus Failed' error. Why?
A: Open DJI Pilot 2 and confirm that your focus mode is set to "Auto". After that, force-close DJI and reopen the DroneDeploy app to continue.

Q: The Zenmuse P1 camera has three supported lenses. Are all three supported?
A: Yes, DroneDeploy supports capture with all three of the P1's lenses.

Q: Why is DroneDeploy not connecting to my M350?
A: The M350 requires the camera to be attached to the drone before it can connect to DroneDeploy. For detailed troubleshooting, please contact support@dronedeploy.com .

Q: Can I use DroneDeploy with the M300 and the RC Plus controller?
A: DroneDeploy also supports the M300 with the P1 camera and the RC Plus controller. If you have not upgraded your controller, DroneDeploy also supports the M300 with the legacy DJI M300 Enterprise Smart Controller with the H20 series.
