DJI Dock Firewall

Have more questions? Submit a request

Dock Firewall is an add-on cost to your current DroneDeploy Dock subscription. If you’re interested in Dock Firewall, please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you do not know, please contact Support (Support@dronedeploy.com).

Set Up:

To set up Dock Firewall, work with your IT team to add these rules to your firewall with higher priorities, as there is a chance that existing rules in the firewall can potentially impact the network traffic over the required protocols or ports.

Note: These IP addresses are the ONLY outbound traffic that should be allowed for your Dock. No inbound connection requests are required and should be blocked. Please note these are just for the dock hardware to function, and you will still need access to the DroneDeploy platform (www.dronedeploy.com) if using from the same network.
