Key features

Video panes

Video panes display real-time feeds for Dock, Payload, and First-Person View (FPV).

  • Stream status messages such as "CONNECTING" or "WAITING FOR STREAM…" appear when the drone or dock is powered off.

  • If the stream does not load after a flight begins, check the status using the Dock Connection Status indicator on the Flight page.

Device controls

Device controls allow you to send commands directly to the dock. Controls include:

  • Dock Cover

  • Dock Security Light

  • Drone Status

  • Drone Beacon

  • Open Settings

If a toggle switch does not respond, refresh the page to update the command state. If the switch remains unresponsive after refreshing, check the dock connection.

Battery

The Battery section displays read-only telemetry from the drone, including battery percentage and cycle count. If battery data stops updating, treat it as a telemetry issue and check the dock connection.

Uploads status

The Uploads Status field displays the remaining number of files uploading from the dock. If the count stops decreasing for an extended period while the dock remains online, escalate the issue to Support.

Weather conditions

The Weather Conditions section displays wind, temperature, rain, and humidity data from external weather services. This section is for informational purposes only and does not reflect dock telemetry.

Hardware

The Hardware section displays details regarding the dock and drone model, firmware, and serial numbers.

  • A checkmark next to the serial number confirms that the configured serial number matches the serial number reported by the drone.

  • An error icon indicates a mismatch between configured and reported serial numbers. Escalate serial number mismatches to Support as configuration issues.

  • The firmware field displays "Turn drone on" when the drone is powered off inside the dock. Power on the drone to view the firmware version number.

Limitations

Non-admin users and pilots do not have access to Command Center.
