Error codes: Aircraft, battery, and flight

Error CodeDescriptionTroubleshooting Guidance
321773Aircraft battery level low and returned to home; unable to complete task. The aircraft did not have enough battery left to complete the flight.Verify the aircraft is correctly linked with the Dock and placed in the center of the landing pad. Wait for the Dock to charge the aircraft battery to at least 75%.
322283Return to home (RTH) command sent by user; aircraft unable to complete task. The user triggered RTH from the DroneDeploy portal or the Remote Controller (RC).If you intend to fly using the RC, ensure the RC is in range of the aircraft.
322550Route execution failed, turn intercept is abnormal. This often occurs when the Dock and aircraft are on incompatible firmware versions. It can also happen if the aircraft is not properly linked with the Dock and the RC.Ensure the RC, the Dock, and the aircraft are up to date.
321517Obstacle detected; task stopped; to ensure flight safety, do not resume task from breakpoint.Check the environment for obstacles and restart the flight.
321518Poor RTK signal.Check the RTK base station connection and signal quality.
321522Automatic takeoff failed, please resend the mission.Resend the mission.
321523Failed to start motors; try again later.Try again later. Contact DJI Support if the issue persists.
321524The preparation before takeoff of the aircraft has failed, possibly due to the aircraft's inability to locate or gear error; please check the status of the aircraft.Check the status of the aircraft.
321528Approaching boundary of custom flight area; flight task paused. The flight task is paused because the aircraft is approaching a custom flight area boundary.
321769Aircraft satellite positioning signal weak; unable to perform task.Restart the Dock and try again.
321770Aircraft flight mode error; unable to perform task.Restart the Dock and try again.
321775Aircraft signal lost when performing task; failed to complete task.Check the Dock's connection and signal strength.
321784Aircraft returned to home during task due to strong wind.Check weather conditions and try the task again when wind speeds are lower.
322281User has exited the route.
322282Task stopped; aircraft control obtained by cloud user or remote controller.

Error codes: Network and communication

Error CodeDescriptionTroubleshooting Guidance
314200Network disconnected; aircraft automatically returns. The aircraft cannot fly while offline. This is a safety behavior implemented by DJI and cannot be disabled. If the Dock loses connection to the network while the aircraft is flying, the aircraft will return-to-home immediately.Check the network quality at the Dock.
314007Failed to distribute flight route file from dock to aircraft.Restart the Dock and try again.
314011Dock system error; unable to obtain task result.Restart the Dock and try again.
314014Dock system error; failed to perform task.Try again later.
315009Dock communication error.Restart the Dock and try again.
316008Dock failed to obtain aircraft flight control; unable to perform task.Ensure flight control is not locked by the remote controller.
316034Unable to take off; aircraft and dock firmware versions do not match.Update firmware and try again.
514120Dock and aircraft disconnected.Restart the Dock and try again, or relink the Dock and aircraft.

Error codes: Dock system and component issues

Error CodeDescriptionTroubleshooting Guidance
328*Unknown error. Errors starting with 328 are not defined in the Cloud API error list.Check for alarms in the Health Monitoring System (HMS).
514111Propeller error in slow motion mode.Restart the Dock and try again.
514135Wind speed higher than 12 m/s (26 mph); unable to perform task.Try again later when wind speeds are lower.
514136Dock power supply error; unable to perform task.Resume power supply and try again.
514145Dock in on-site debugging mode; unable to perform current operation or task.Disconnect the Dock from the remote controller and try again.
514146Dock in remote debugging mode; unable to perform task.Exit debugging mode and try again.
514150Restarting device; unable to perform task.Wait until the restart is complete.
