Why are my images not appearing in my Stand Count project?

The Question

I completed my Stand Count flight, but the images have not yet transferred/synced to my project for processing. How can I ensure my data is uploaded and visible in DroneDeploy?

The Answer

Images typically transfer automatically when the mobile device has a strong internet connection. If the images are not appearing, follow these steps to verify and complete the transfer:

  1. Maintain App Connectivity: Keep the DroneDeploy Flight App open on your mobile device. If the app is closed or enters the background before the upload is complete, the transfer pauses.

  2. Verify Internet Stability: Ensure your mobile device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or high-speed cellular network. High-resolution Stand Count images require significant bandwidth for successful transmission.

  3. Check Sync Status

    • Open the DroneDeploy Flight App.

    • Navigate to the Project

    • Open the Upload tab, and you will see your pending data. If the sync is stuck, toggle ON/OFF your internet to restore any connection issues.
