RC Error message: DroneDeploy won't run without Google Play Services, which are not supported by your device.
When you see the error message on your RC, it means you have an older app version installed on your RC. The DroneDeploy app will need to be removed and re-downloaded. Follow the steps below:
- Uninstall the current DroneDeploy app on your RC
- Once uninstalled, type in this URL using your RC's Internet browser app: dronedeploy.com/flightapp
- Click the download link at the bottom of the page "Download 5.XX".
- The DroneDeploy app will start to install on your RC as long as you're connected to the internet.
- Log in to the app once downloaded, and the error message should be gone

For the best experience, it is recommended to force stop the DJI Pilot 2 app before starting DroneDeploy. To force stop DJI Pilot 2, go to the device Settings > Apps & notifications > DJI Pilot 2 > Force Stop.
