DroneDeploy customers use Procore to import drawings as overlays or levels, generate exports directly into Procore accounts, sync Field Notes with Procore Observations and auto-sync pin media to Procore photo albums.

The Procore integration streamlines project management by connecting reality capture data with your project management workflows.
Availability: The Procore app is available to users with an Enterprise subscription and the Procore add-on

Connect to Procore
Follow these steps to install the app and link your accounts.
Log in to Procore as an Admin.
Click Select an App and choose App Management.
Search for DroneDeploy and install it on your account.
Navigate to your DroneDeploy dashboard and click the Apps icon on the left side.

Search for Procore in the All Apps section.

Click the app and select Install for Organization.
Create a project using Procore
You can use Procore to import new projects directly into DroneDeploy.
Navigate to your organization App Settings.

Log in to Procore at the bottom of the page.

Select New Project from your Dashboard.
Choose the Connect Procore option on the left side of the project creation screen.

Select the desired project and click Connect.
DroneDeploy automatically fills in the following details: Project Name, Location, Start Date, Projected Finish Date, Project Value, Project Number, Project Stage and Project Type. A Procore badge appears next to these fields to identify the data source.
Add Procore drawings as overlays

Navigate to a DroneDeploy map and click Add next to Layers.

Click the Procore tab in the overlay modal and sign in.

Select your Procore Company and Project to view drawings.

Select a drawing to import.

Add Procore drawings as levels
Navigate to Interior in DroneDeploy.
Select the Level dropdown and choose + New Level.
Enter a name for the level.
Select the Procore app, choose the organization and project and select the drawing.

Click Import.
Auto-sync drawing revisions
Ensure drawings stay updated with the latest revisions from Procore.
Configure your admin connection in Organization Settings.

Navigate to Project Settings in DroneDeploy.

Select the Procore Company and Project.
Toggle on Auto-sync drawing revisions.
Export maps to Procore Photos

Navigate to the Export page for a DroneDeploy map.

Select the AutoExport option and click Create New.
Choose the Company and Project.
Select the destination location and click Export.
Auto-sync media pins

Navigate to Project Settings by clicking the Settings cog.
Establish an admin connection with the necessary Procore permissions.

Select the Procore Company and Project.
Toggle on Auto-export Pin Media.
Media appears in your Procore photo albums within a folder titled DroneDeploy.
Procore Field Note sync
Push DroneDeploy Field Notes to Procore as Observations.

Click Send to Procore on a Field Note to create an Observation.
Configure your admin connection
Auto-sync features require a Procore admin account to facilitate communication between systems.

Navigate to Organization Settings.
Click Apps.

Sign into your Procore admin account.
The Procore Embedded App allows your project team to view DroneDeploy project data directly within Procore without requiring a login. By entering a Public Share Link in the app configuration, you can share site reality with all stakeholders.
Embed a Specific Project
Depending on your subscription, you can choose the level of detail shared:
Project-Based Pricing: Embed a single date or a full-project view.
Site-Based Pricing: Embed a single date or a full-project view.
Update the DroneDeploy Embedded App in Procore

Navigate to App Management from within your Procore project.

If you are updating a previous installation, select the DroneDeploy App, click Uninstall, confirm the action and then select Reinstall.

Select Create a New Configuration.

Paste the Public Share Link from your desired DroneDeploy project into the DroneDeploy Public Share Link field.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If you encounter issues while connecting the app, verify the following:
App Version: Ensure the DroneDeploy app is updated to the latest version within your Procore environment.
Permissions: Confirm that the logged-in administrator has the necessary permissions in both Procore and DroneDeploy.
Link Accuracy: Verify that you are using a Public Share Link (also known as a View-Only link) rather than a standard browser URL.
Refresh Connection: If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to reset the connection.
