Supported Crop Types
1. Corn
- VE-V1 (paid add-on) and V2-V3 emergence (check out our article What are the growth stages of corn?)

- The M3E’s zoom lens unlocks the ability to capture more details while maintaining a safe altitude, allowing growers to conduct DroneDeploy Stand Counts on earlier phases of growth, including emergence, to make replant decisions as early as possible (up to 2 weeks earlier "VE/V1" than before!). General availability for Stand Count on M3E is slated for early March.
2. Soybean
- V2 & V3 emergence
- Currently, twin-row crops are not supported by the current stand assessment algorithm.
- Circular fields are not supported for Stand Count as the crops have to be planted in straight rows.
