Recommended Devices for Stand Count & Live Map:

Stand Count and Live Map functionality are compatible with iOS devices and the DJI M3E RC Pro Controller. Android devices are not supported. 

  • iPads:

    • iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation) and newer
    • iPad Pro 12.9-inch (6th generation) and newer
    • iPad Air (5th generation) and newer
    • iPad (10th generation) and newer
  • iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max
  • DJI RC Pro Controller for the M3E 

 

Minimum Device Hardware Requirements for Stand Count and Live Map: 

  • iPads:

    • iPad Pro 11-inch (2nd generation) and newer
    • iPad Pro 12.9-inch (4th generation) and newer
    • iPad Air (4th generation) and newer
    • iPad (8th generation) and newer
    • iPad mini (6th generation)
  • iPhones:
    • iPhone 11 (Sept 2019) or newer (including XS and XR) 

 

Operating System 

  • Minimum operating system: iOS 15 and 2GB of free disk space
  • Recommended operating system: iOS 16 and 10GBs of free disk space

Note on device support for Live Map:

Like Stand Count, Live Map only supports iOS devices and the M3E RC pro controller (sorry, Android users). Because Live Map is an intensive program that uses cutting-edge computer vision, it requires a powerful processor and ample RAM to run smoothly. Newer iPhones and iPads—especially the iPad Pro—will provide the best experience and highest-quality Live Maps.

Required Accessories

You must have the correct SD cards & USB Cables to successfully transfer and store images.

Recommended SD Cards:

  • SanDisk Extreme
  • Extreme Pro
  • Extreme Plus (A2/ U3)

Recommended USB Cables:

  • Need to be data-transfer capable
  • Lower-quality cables can be problematic
  • Examples of high-quality, data-transfer capable cable brands include Apple and ConnecThor
