The Interior PDF Download feature helps you easily access and share detailed interior maps, even when you are offline. This tool streamlines your project documentation process by allowing you to export a PDF of a project level with all media linked to the public view.

Availability

The Interior PDF Download is available for DroneDeploy Ground Customers on Enterprise ACV pricing and Enterprise Projects. Please contact your Account Executive for more information.

How to download an Interior PDF

Follow these steps to export a PDF of your project level with linked media.

  1. Navigate to the Explore tab of the project with the interior level you want to export as a PDF.

  2. Select the Interior view to see the levels, and then select the level you want to export.

  3. Select the Download PDF option in the bottom left of the screen to export a PDF of the selected level.

Limitations

  • Users must have Editor or higher permissions on the project.

  • Projects must allow public share links on media.

  • Support for media groups will be added later.

  • The PDF defaults to using the Base Floor Plan as the single overlay.

FAQs

Q: How is grouped media treated in the export?
A: Grouped media appears as a circle, and when you click it, it displays a table of contents of the data in that group.
