Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting & Previous Connection Troubleshooting
Bluetooth cameras are in the Nearby Cameras list.
Cameras that have been previously connected can be found in the Camera List section.

Restart the camera.

Attempt Reconnect.

Ensure that the Local Network and Bluetooth permissions are enabled in app settings.`

If connection is still failing…

If you are using bluetooth try following the Advanced Troubleshooting second below.

If you are attempting to connect to a saved camera (previously connected) try bluetooth or a manual connection.

Manual Connection Troubleshooting
If for some reason Bluetooth is unavailable and the previous camera list is failing you can attempt to manually enter the SSID (camera network name) and password.
Advanced Troubleshooting
Because of iOS security protocols the app may be unable to access the local network configuration.
If the previous steps fail to establish a connection please attempt the following:

Logout and hard close the app.

Restart the phone.

Open the app and log back in.
