Overview
The Offline Deliverable is a raw export of your Interior media and drawings in a ZIP file. This feature allows you to view project data offline. After unzipping the file, open the index.html file to launch a local media viewer for easy navigation of drawings and media.
Availability
The Offline Deliverable is available to Organization Admins, Owners, Project Coordinators, and Project Owners.
To access the Export project media option and download the Offline Deliverable, users need Admin permissions at the Organization level.
Users must also be added as a member on the project.
How to Download the Offline Deliverable
Follow these steps to download the Offline Deliverable for your project:
Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the project to access the project settings.
Select the Export project media text to expand the download options.
Choose your filters. You can export by date range or level.
Select the Export project media button to begin processing the export of your Offline Deliverable.
Note: If the export is larger than 1TB, you need to break the export down into smaller sections by date range or level.
An email will be sent to your inbox with the download link for the ZIP file once the process is complete.
Accessing your Export
The Offline Deliverable includes drawings, 360 panos, progress photos, and walks from the Interior of the project only.
Once the ZIP file is downloaded and extracted, the directory will have the following structure:
Assets: Contains media files related to your project.
index.html: The main file that opens the local media viewer.
manifest.js: Contains metadata for the export.
A folder for each project level: The name will correspond to the level name in your project.
Viewing the Downloaded Media
Open the index.html file in your preferred browser.
Click on the Select Level option located in the top left corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, choose the desired level.
After selecting a level, you can view the media associated with that level.
Filter the visible media by date range to focus on specific time periods within your exported date range.
Limitations/Considerations
The export only includes data from the Interior of the project; it does not include Exterior data.
Walk video files and standard videos are not included in the export.
The Offline Deliverable does not currently include a PDF of each Level with linked pins.
