Exporting the history of your project has never been easier. With the offline deliverable feature, you can now download the history of your interior project as a single zip file for offline use.
The offline deliverable can be downloaded from a single easily accessible location, making navigation simple when working on projects.

How to download the Offline Deliverable
Step 1: Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the project to access the project settings.
Step 2: Select the "Export project media" text to expand the download options.
Step 3: Select the date range filter to only have your preferred date range to include in your export using the "Custom Range" option. This is set to "All time" by default and would need to be changed for specific date ranges.

An email will be sent to your inbox with the download link of the Offline Deliverable.
Once the process is complete, an email will be sent to your inbox with a download link for the ZIP file.
After downloading and unzipping the file, locate the index.html file within the folder. Opening this file will launch a local media viewer, allowing you to navigate through your project drawings and access linked media offline.
How to access the export
Once the export has been downloaded, it will appear as a ZIP file.
After extracting the ZIP file, you will see the following structure within the extracted directory:
- Assets: Contains media files related to your project.
- index.html: This is the main file that opens the local media viewer, allowing you to navigate through your project.
- manifest.js: Contains metadata for the export.
- A folder for each project level: For example, if your project includes multiple levels, you will see a separate folder for each one. In this example, the folder name is "Test," but the name will correspond to the level name in your project.
Navigating the Media Viewer
To begin navigating your project, open the index.html file in your preferred browser. This will allow you to view the linked media and drawings offline.
Once the media viewer is opened, you will see the interface shown below, allowing you to select a level to view.
To select a level:
- Click on the "Select Level" option located in the top left corner of the screen, as shown in the example below.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the desired level.
After selecting a level, you can:
- View the media associated with that level.
- Filter the visible media by date range to focus on specific time periods within your exported date range.

What is the Offline Deliverable?
The Offline Deliverable is a raw export of the Interior media and drawings in a ZIP file, enabling users to view project data offline. After unzipping the file, open the index.html

What is included in the Offline Deliverable?
The Offline Deliverable only includes drawings, 360 panos, progress photos, and walks from the Interior of the project. As of March 2025, videos are not included in the export.
Does the Offline Deliverable include a PDF with linked pins?
No, the Offline Deliverable does not currently include a PDF of each Level with linked pins. However, an HTML viewer is included to enhance accessibility and navigation.
Can I filter the content included in the Offline Deliverable?
No, filtering is not supported in the Offline Deliverable. Users who need to exclude specific content will need to manually remove it from the exported files.
Who can access the Offline Deliverable?
The Offline Deliverable is available to Project Coordinators, owners and Org Admins within Project Settings.
