The Analytics Dashboard helps you track analytics data on demand activity across your organization, including mission status and flight bank usage.
To access this dashboard:
Open the DroneDeploy web app.
Navigate to the main menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
Open the Analytics Dashboard
Click the Data on Demand tab

Overview
The Data on Demand dashboard provides a centralized, in-product record of Data on Demand requests, scheduling, status tracking, and flight bank information. It helps your team manage activity directly within the platform, maintaining a single source of truth for Data on Demand activity across the entire organization.
Availability: Who has access?
This feature is available to all Data on Demand customers.
Users can view metrics across the organizational level depending on their team permissions.
Flight Bank
The dashboard includes flight bank information so you can monitor purchased credits and contract timing directly in DroneDeploy.
Flight bank information includes:
Purchased credits
Consumed credits
Remaining credits
Maximize visibility with the % of credits consumed
Expiration date
This page provides proactive visibility so you can easily track low remaining credits or upcoming contract expirations.
Missions
The dashboard includes an organization-level mission view that displays Data on Demand requests across the company. Use this table-based view to review flight activity and track real-time mission progress.
Mission information includes:
Site name
Mission status
Requester email
Purchase order number
Mission ordered date
Scheduled flight date
Completed flight date
You can filter the mission list dynamically by the mission ordered date.
