Q: Why can't users on free accounts fly the Air 2S with DroneDeploy?
A: DJI does not provide a third-party waypoint SDK to support autonomous flight for this drone. DroneDeploy created a workaround that has added costs. Becoming a paid user provides access to this automated experience and many other features to utilize the full potential of captured drone data.
Q: I see a blank First Person View (FPV) screen when connected to the Air 2S. What should I do?:
A: A blank/black FPV screen may indicate you are using a third-party USB cable to connect the mobile device to the controller. Please use the original Lightning cable that came with your mobile device.
