The Annotation Report provides a printable record of all annotations and measurements created within a project's map. This report allows you to instantly deliver stockpile data, inspections, and progress updates.

Follow these steps to generate, share, and export your Annotation Report:

Make your Annotations. Once your map has completed processing, use the Annotation Toolbox to create annotations on your map. These include location, distance, area, surface area, or volume measurements.

Generate the Annotation Report. Navigate to the Report tab at the top of your Project.
Share, Export, or Print your Report. You can share the report via a view-only link, export it, or print it.

The Annotation Report helps users:
Document measurements taken on the map, such as area and volume.
Share a view-only link of the report with external users (non-DroneDeploy users).
Include object counts from the Count annotation feature.
Access the report within the Report section of a Project.
Limitations/Considerations: Any constraints or important notes for users.
The report is generated for one media group at a time and does not group by date.
Sharing the "Latest Report Link" requires users to sign in to DroneDeploy to view the report.
The Annotation Report will only include annotations made using the Annotation Toolbox.
Print:
Click the Print icon to either print the report or save a PDF copy to your computer.
You can also select Save as PDF in the print menu to download your report as a PDF file.
Export the CSV:
Click on the CSV icon at the top to download the annotation report in a clear, CSV format:

The PDF Annotation Report includes:
- Point, Distance, Area Measurements for all users.
- Surface Area, Surface Distance, and Volume Measurements for all Individual, Advanced, Teams, and Enterprise customers.
- Organization logo in the top right of the report for all Individual, Advanced, Teams, and Enterprise customers.
