Annotation Report

The Annotation Report is available in the Report section within a Project. 

Reports are available to all trial users and paid customers. You can learn more about our paid subscription plans or start your trial today.

1) Make your Annotations

Once your map has completed processing, you can use the Annotation Toolbox to make annotations on your map, such as location, distance, area, surface area, or volume measurements.

  • Please note, certain functionalities vary by subscription plan. Please visit our Plan Comparison for more details.

2) Generate the Annotation Report

You can find the Annotation Report by navigating to the Report tab at the top of your Project

3) Share, Export, or Print your Report

Share the Direct Link:

Click the Share icon to copy a share link to your clipboard. This creates a public share link that anyone can view, even if they do not have a DroneDeploy account.

Print:

Click the Print icon to either print the report or save a PDF copy to your computer.

You can also select Save as PDF in the print menu to download your report as a PDF file.

 

Export the CSV:

Click on the CSV icon at the top to download the annotation report in a clear, CSV format:

Example Annotation Report

The PDF Annotation Report includes:

  • Point, Distance, Area Measurements for all users.

  • Surface Area, Surface Distance, and Volume Measurements for all Individual, Advanced, Teams, and Enterprise customers.

  • Organization logo in the top right of the report for all Individual, Advanced, Teams, and Enterprise customers.

  • Separate tables for each annotation type (location, distance, area, volume).

  • Link sharing & printing.
