You can help improve the accuracy of Safety AI by submitting in-app feedback within the Field Notes tab in the web app on a project running Safety AI. This feedback goes directly to our Product team.
- When you click đź‘Ť, this affirms that the detection is 100% accurate and that we should detect future risks that match these conditions.
- When you click đź‘Ž, you are prompted with a list of reasons why the detection was inaccurate, where you can select all that apply.
- Not a Safety Risk
- Inaccurate Summary
- Incorrect Reference
- Incorrect Severity
- Other (Open Text Box)
After submitting feedback for a specific Field Note, refreshing your webpage will prompt a new feedback modal to appear. To submit feedback for additional risks identified by Safety AI, navigate to a different Field Note in the right side panel, then submit the survey again.
