What is the ACV Project Management page?

The ACV Project Management page gives organization Owners and Admins a single place to view, search, and update the contract details behind every project in their organization. It replaces tracking contract values and dates by hand in spreadsheets or emails, and keeps that data aligned with what's actually being captured in DroneDeploy.

Availability: Who has access?

Organization Owners and Admins whose organization is on an ACV pricing model can access the Projects page. If your organization isn't on an ACV pricing model, the Projects page won't appear in your organization settings.

No setup is required to see the page. If your organization uses Procore, connecting your Procore account lets DroneDeploy suggest project values automatically. Learn more in Procore.

How to use the ACV Project Management page

  1. Open the DroneDeploy web app.
  2. Go to Organization Settings.
  3. Click Projects at the bottom of the left rail.
  4. Use the search bar to find a project by name, or click a column heading to sort the table.
  5. Click a project row to open its Project Details panel.
  6. Update the Project NameCodeTotal Contract Value (TCV)Start Date, or End Date, then save your changes.

To update multiple projects at once, select the projects you want to change and use bulk edit to update their start date, end date, or TCV in one step.

Key features and details

Project table. Each row shows Project Name, Code, TCV, Start Date, End Date, Last Capture, and Capture count, so you can see how a project's DroneDeploy activity lines up with its contract.

To review list. Projects that are missing accurate contract data but have recent capture activity are surfaced in a To review list, so admins can focus on the projects that need attention first instead of auditing every project at once.

AI-suggested values. DroneDeploy estimates a project's TCV and start and end dates based on connected data, such as similar projects or a connected Procore account. Admins can accept the suggested value or enter their own instead.

Procore sync. When an organization's Procore account is connected, project dates and TCV sync automatically from Procore, so admins don't have to enter them by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Why don't I see the Projects page in my organization settings?
A: The Projects page only appears for organizations on an ACV pricing model. Contact your account team if you believe your organization should have access.

Q: Do I have to connect Procore to use the Projects page?
A: No. You can view, search, and edit every project's contract details manually. Connecting Procore adds automatic syncing and AI-suggested values, but it isn't required.

Q: Why is a project I expect to see missing from the table?
A: The Projects page only displays projects with an active ACV contract. Double-check the project's start and end dates — a project may take a short time to reappear after a contract renews.
