Sync to Box is an automated workflow that triggers every time a new map completes processing in your project.
This removes the need for manual downloads and uploads, streamlining data distribution across your organization.
Availability: Who has access?
Enterprise administrators have access to configure Auto Exports.
The organization must own the Project to add the integration.
How to use Auto Exports with Box
1. Install the Box App
Log into your DroneDeploy account.
Navigate to the App Market in the side panel.
Search for Box and click Install for My Organisation.
2. Connect your accounts
Open a project in DroneDeploy.
Click on Export in the bottom left of the Explore tab.
Navigate to Auto and click Create new to open the settings window.
3. Link your project
In the export destination list, select Box.
Click Connect Box. A new window appears; log in with your Box credentials to authorize the connection.
Select the specific Box project and destination folder where you want your data to sync.
Click Select.
