Overview
DroneDeploy provides live technical support for paid and trial plans. You can reach us via live chat for immediate assistance or email for general inquiries. We also offer a comprehensive Help Center and Academy for self-paced learning.
Availability
Live Support (Chat & Email): Available 24 hours a day, Monday-Friday.
Who has access: Live support is available to all Individual, Advanced, Teams, and Enterprise customers.
How to contact support
Live Chat
Live chat is the fastest way to get help. Follow these steps to start a chat session:
Log in to your DroneDeploy account.
Navigate to My Dashboard.
Click the Help link (usually located in the navigation menu or as a widget).
Select Chat to connect with a Support team member.
Note: Chat works best on desktop, using a Google Chrome browser. Mobile chat is not currently supported.

You can also contact us via email for non-urgent inquiries or detailed troubleshooting.

Support for Explorer (Free) Plans
The Free Explorer plan includes access to our comprehensive self-service resources. While live chat and email support are reserved for paid and trial subscriptions, Explorer users can utilize the following tools:
