DroneDeploy’s Aerial Sync to Procore integration automates the transfer of your high-resolution drone imagery and maps directly into your Procore project. This ensures your project team always has access to the latest site reality data within their existing workflow.
Availability: Who has access?
Auto Exports (required for this sync) are only available to Enterprise-level administrators.
Users must have Admin permissions in both DroneDeploy and the relevant Procore project to set up the initial sync.

FAQs
Q: Does this integration support Ground data?
A: No. Currently, the integration supports Aerial maps and photos only.
Q: Can I sync data processed before I set up the integration?
A: No. The Auto Export feature triggers only for new map completions. Previous data must be exported and uploaded manually.
Q: Does the sync happen instantly?
A: The sync triggers automatically once DroneDeploy completes processing your map or report. Large datasets may take a few minutes to appear in Procore depending on file size.
Q: Can I sync one DroneDeploy project to multiple Procore projects?
A: No. Currently, one DroneDeploy project can only be linked to a single Procore project.
Q: What happens if I delete a file in DroneDeploy?
A: Deleting a file in DroneDeploy will not delete the copy already synced to Procore.
