Best Practices

      • Please ensure you have the latest DroneDeploy app version by going to 'dronedeploy.com/anzu' and checking for an update.
      • You can connect your controller to Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot.
      • If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact support via in-app chat on your mobile device.
      • You can allow Location by visiting Location settings> Apps & Notifications> DroneDeploy > Permissions> Allow Location.
      • Login Location: The login profile must be consistent across the controller for single sign-ins. If you're having trouble logging in with SSO, you can log in to your SSO account using the browser on the device first, then try again using the DroneDeploy app.
