The Safety AI dashboard shows all risks detected by Safety AI and is filterable by project, folder, and date range. Please note that this feature is available for Safety AI customers only and that you must be an organization admin to access the Safety AI Enterprise Analytics Dashboard.

The Safety AI Enterprise Analytics Dashboard includes the following figures - based on data that has been collected:

  • Risks over Time: A line chart that shows the number of risks identified across all projects (Y-axis) over a set time period (X-axis).

  • Project Breakdown: All projects that are running Safety AI will be listed in this table, along with the following metrics:
    • Completed walks: the number of total walks they’ve captured.
    • Safety AI walks: the number of walks that Safety AI has processed.
    • Safety AI Video Frames: the number of walkthrough frames (i.e., each node on a walk) examined for potential risks by Safety AI.
    • Issues: the number of risks found (created as field notes in DroneDeploy).
    • Hours Walked: the total amount of walk time Safety AI processed.

  • Avg Risk/Hr (All Time) & Avg Risk/Hr - by Project (All Time): A calculation to compare your projects on an even playing field. Take the following example of two projects within the same company using Safety AI.
    • Project A: 10-story mixed-use building
      • During the first week of implementation, Safety AI detected 16 risks on Project A
      • The team captured each floor three times per week (5 minutes per walk)
      • 10 floors x 3 walks/floor x 5 minutes/walk = 150 minutes = 2.5 hours
      • Therefore, Project A would have 6.4 risks/hour
    • Project B: 2-story school renovation
      • During the first week of implementation, Safety AI detected 5 risks on Project B
      • The team captured each floor once per week (15 minutes per walk)
      • 2 floors x 1 walk/floor x 15 minutes/walk = 30 minutes = 0.5 hours
      • Therefore, Project B would have 10 risks/hour.
    • By only looking at the risk count, one might deduce that Project A is likely to be “more unsafe” or “more risky” than Project B. However, by contextualizing risk count with hours captured, we show that Project B is more likely to have safety risks detected than Project A.
    • Disclaimer: Average Risks per Hour is not an absolute indicator of which projects are more likely to have a safety risk. Please inspect the accuracy and severity of each risk that Safety AI detects in order to determine the potential implications on your project.

  • Risks by Severity: Distribution of the total number of risks by severity score.

  • Risks by Type: Pie chart to show which types of risks most commonly appear on all projects.
