Sharing maps allows your team to collaborate effectively by giving organization members access to specific projects, annotations, and exports. You can control the level of access each member has, ensuring data security while facilitating teamwork.

How to share a map
Follow these steps to share a map with another member of your organization.
Log in to your DroneDeploy account.
Select the project you wish to share from your Dashboard.
Click Share located in the top-right corner of the map view.
Enter the email address of the organization member.
Select the appropriate permission level (e.g., View Only or Edit).
Click Invite.
The member will receive an email notification and the project will appear in their dashboard.

Limitations
Sharing capabilities may be restricted if the organization has strict data privacy settings enabled.
External users (non-organization members) may require a different sharing workflow if they do not have a DroneDeploy account.

Q: Can I share a map with someone outside my organization?
A: Yes, you can invite external users by email. However, their access may be limited depending on their subscription plan.
Q: How do I revoke access to a shared map?
