Within the User Management Tab, you can add members to your organization, remove members from your organization, and manage user roles. This table manages the permissions and actions available to users within your organization.
User Roles
Across the top of the User Table, you’ll see a snapshot of your organization membership. There are three types of users in your organization:
Owner and Admins
One assigned owner and any Admins will have the ability to view and edit all projects, fly and upload, as well as control all organization settings.
Members
Members are users who have been invited (and accepted) your organization’s invite. Members inherit paid permissions such as access to paid projects, flight, and upload if granted.
External Users
These users are not members of the organization, but they may be granted access to various projects to view, edit, or upload.
Both members and external users can have various permissions, listed below. Note, all admins and organization owners will have the Pilot/Uploader Role.
Pilots
Pilots are users who have access to fly projects within the organization.
Upload Only
These users have the ability to upload data to shared projects, but they will not be able to fly a drone in the field.
Analysts
Analysts are users who have access to EDIT projects within the organization.
Viewers
These users will only have access to view the data they are shared on, and will not be able to fly or upload.
Pending
These users have been invited to the organization, but have not yet accepted their invitation.
