Auto-Exports allow your team to automate standard export requests on a project-level basis. This saves your entire team from manually requesting exports after each map completes processing, ensuring you have actionable data as quickly as possible.
Not all files and file sizes are supported for every integration. Review the File & Size Support for Integrations chart to confirm compatibility before setting up your automation.

Option 1: From a Processed Map
Select the Export menu in the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
Click on the AUTO tab at the top of the menu.
Option 2: From Project Settings (Before Upload)
If you have not yet uploaded a map, you can set up automation in the Project Settings:
Click the Project Settings (gear icon) in the top-left corner.
Click the arrow to the right of Auto Exports.
Creating a New Auto Export
Click Create New to prepare a new configuration.
-
Choose Export Parameters: This window uses the same settings as manual exports.
Notifications: Add email addresses to receive a notification when the export is complete.
Settings: Select your Layer, File Type, Projection, Single vs Tiled Image, and Resolution.
Click Next to choose your destination.
Choose Auto Export Destination
Select your destination to view specific setup instructions for that integration:
Organization Level Auto-Exports
Enterprise customers can "promote" a project Auto-Export to apply to every project in their account. This ensures every map your team creates is delivered to a specific archival folder (e.g., in OneDrive or Amazon S3).
Locate the Auto-Export in the AUTO tab.
Click the Three-dot (⋮) menu.
Select Use on all projects.
Global and Local Coordinate Systems
Organization-level exports should typically use global projections like WGS84 or Web Mercator. Use local UTM regions or State Plane systems only if all projects in your account reside in the same zone.
If you require "smarter" organization-level exports (e.g., automatic local UTM zone selection), please contact your Customer Success Manager to speak with the Product team.
